How to Prioritize and Focus on What Matters to Gain Traction

When everything is important, nothing is. In today’s episode, we teach agency owners how to identify, prioritize, and execute on the tasks that will truly drive your agency to the growth you want to create. When you limit priorities, you can focus on what truly matters.

Establish Your Priorities

You have so many distractions coming in that make you forget about growing your agency. In order to truly focus on what matters, you will need to identify 3-7 focus areas where you want your agency to grow within the next 90 days. These goals must be Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound… aka SMART goals.

Create Accountability and Discipline Among Team

Once you have identified your priorities, communicate to each team member how their role plays into executing each priority. Your team will become more productive because they are focused on what aligns with the 90-day growth plan of the company. Create accountability and discipline through timely check-ins.

Limit Distractions

Don’t take on initiatives that don’t align with you and your team getting closer to the growth you want to create in your agency.
